Later Life Mortgage Advisor
Job Description
UK Moneyman is seeking a Later Life Mortgage Advisor to join our established Later Life team on a hybrid basis. This employed position offers a basic salary of 32,500 plus a monthly banking bonus, with flexible hours available (30+ hours considered). The role includes two office-based days per week in Hull, with all leads provided.
The successful candidate will provide high-quality, compliant advice on later life mortgage solutions, including mortgages into retirement, RIO products and equity release (full training provided). You will deliver ethical, customer-focused advice and demonstrate a professional and empathetic approach when supporting vulnerable clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on later life mortgage products, including mortgages into retirement, RIO and equity release Providing clear, ethical advice in line with FCA guidelines Managing a caseload efficiently from enquiry to completion Supporting vulnerable customers with sensitivity and professionalism Maintaining accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements
Key Requirements:
Experience as a mortgage advisor preferred, or mortgage-qualified individual returning to an advisory role Strong ethical standards and a customer-first approach Experience supporting vulnerable customers is advantageous Willingness to work towards the CeRER qualification (full support provided) Excellent communication and organisational skills
