Job Description

Able Tutors is a leading tutoring agency based in London. At the moment we are looking for experienced tutors to teach Latin, online, to a Year 7 pupil.

This role needs to be filled urgently

This is a face-to-face position and will involve you teaching on a 1-2-1 basis.

REQUIREMENTS



at least ONE year of recent experience teaching Latin (in this country) based in the UK have a relevant degree enhanced DBS clearance within the last 3 years be able to provide two UK-based references (parents of recent tutees/professional colleagues) The pay is dependent on qualifications and level of tuition required

Responsibilities



Develop and implement tailored lesson plans. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to encourage student participation. Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding academic performance and areas for improvement. Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational best practices to enhance teaching methods.

Bachelor's (required)
