Job Description
We are a busy, multi-site launderette operator looking for a reliable and hard-working part-time team member to join one of our Glasgow shops. This role suits someone with a friendly personality, strong communication skills, and a willingness to get stuck in with hands-on work. Key Responsibilities o Answering phone calls and taking customer orders professionally and confidently o Providing excellent customer service and building good relationships with customers o Washing, drying, folding, and preparing laundry to a high standard o Ironing garments (experience extremely beneficial) o Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the shop o Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy launderette What We're Looking For o Excellent verbal communication and a good phone manner o Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused o Hard-working, reliable, and able to manage physical tasks o Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work o Ironing experience is highly desirable o Previous launderette, dry cleaning, or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential What We Offer o Part-time hours with some flexibility o Training provided o Supportive team environment o Opportunity to work within a growing multi-site business How to Apply Apply via Indeed with your CV and a short note outlining your availability and relevant experience.
