The Role:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Laundry Assistant

to join our team. You will be responsible for the collection, washing, drying, ironing, and distribution of residents' clothing and home linen, ensuring all items are cleaned to a high standard with care.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate washing, drying, and ironing machines Sort and prepare laundry by resident Ensure infection control standards are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area Report any damaged or missing items Work closely with care and housekeeping teams to meet residents' needs

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential) A caring and respectful attitude towards residents Good attention to detail and time management Flexibility to work extra shifts when required Ability to work independently and as part of a team
