Summary
We are seeking laundry operative to join our housekeeping team.
Responsibilities
Sorting, washing, drying, ironing and folding laundry.
Operating washing machines, tumble dryers and presses.
Inspecting laundry for stains and damage and treating items to remove stains.
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area.
Cleaning/housekeeping duties will also be required on occasion which will include cleaning bedroom/bathrooms, stripping and making beds, etc.
Following health & safety guidelines.
Liaise with others to ensure smooth daily operations.
Essential Criteria
Attention to detail is essential, particularly when ironing.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
