Join Our Busy Team - Technician Wanted!

The Five Sisters Zoo in conjunction with its Garden Machinery Scotland lawn mower and small construction plant repair and service company in Livingston is busy repairing and servicing equipment in Central Scotland. Due to increasing demand, we need skilled technicians to help keep things running smoothly! If you have experience in equipment repair and servicing, and want to be part of a dedicated team working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.

An opportunity has arisen for a Lawn Mower and Small Plant Technician based in our workshop in Livingston.

Duties

Maintenance, and repair of customers equipment delivered to our workshop

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.

Document service activities accurately in reports and maintain records of equipment status.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of what's required to service and repair equipment used for ground care works.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers.

A valid driver's licence would be an for travel to customer locations.

Some computer skills would be an advantage with regards to typing up work and estimates.
