Lawn Technician

What we offer:

Salary: 30,000 - 32,000

(depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll visit 10-15 residential properties per day (sometimes fewer for larger lawns), delivering premium lawn care services using high-quality equipment, organic-based fertilisers, and your turf knowledge. You'll also build trusted relationships with your customers - offering advice, solving problems, and helping them love their lawns.

Your day-to-day will include:

Representing Lawn Tiger with a

friendly, professional, can-do attitude

Seasonal treatments: fertilising, weed and moss control Conducting lawn surveys and providing condition updates (written & verbal) Diagnosing issues and creating tailored treatment plans Confidently recommending & quoting for additional beneficial services Lawn renovation (seasonal): scarifying, aerating, overseeding, and top-dressing
While you'll work independently, you'll never feel alone - our office and field teams are always there to support you. You'll typically visit the same customers 5-6 times a year, building long-term relationships based on great service and trust.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with solid turf care skills and a genuinely positive, personable approach. Someone who's as comfortable chatting with customers as they are using a knapsack sprayer.

You'll need:

Proven experience in lawn care services, turf care or greenkeeping PA1/PA6 certification Hands-on experience with knapsack sprayers, spreaders, scarifiers, and aerators Ability to identify and treat lawn problems with confidence A

friendly, professional, and approachable

personality A "can do" attitude and a willingness to pitch in when needed High attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work Good written communication and numeracy Confident & capable driver of medium & large vans Full, clean UK driving licence Based within a

45-minute drive of Horley, Surrey (during rush hour)
