Pay Rate - \xc2\xa338.60 per hour PAYE

Overview
On behalf of Buckinghamshire Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for two Lawyers to join the Property team in Aylesbury. We welcome applications from Solicitors, Barristers and Legal Executives with relevant experience in Real Estate and Commercial Property law, built from a career in either the public or private sector.

About the role
You\'ll be part of a collaborative team who provide advice on a varied and complex level on a broad range of property matters covering areas such as; commercial acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, asset management and development, and dealings in public open space. You will bring your expert knowledge and experience to the role, with an ability to advise confidently on governance and other issues specific to local authorities.

This is a temporary position until 29 December 2023, though there is potential for this to be extended further. The pay rate is \xc2\xa338.60 per hour PAYE, and you will be working full time, 37 hours per week. Buckinghamshire Council are working on a hybrid basis where you will work remotely for 3-4 days per week and in the office 1-2 days per week.

The Aylesbury office is conveniently situated in the town centre (HP20 area) with great transport links including a local train station and excellent road connections to the M25, M1, M4 and M40.

About you
Naturally, you\'ll be highly motivated and proactive, preferably with specialist knowledge in commercial leases and licenses, sales and purchases of registered and unregistered land, landlord and tenant matters and local authority legislation.
