We are proud to be supporting an award winning Solicitors with the expansion of their team.

If you are a highly talented Real Estate Lawyer, looking for a new opportunity then this could be the role and the company for you!

You will be based from offices in Maidenhead (hybrid) and the company is ever expanding with local offices in London and Berkshire.

This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

The firm invests heavily in its staff to ensure you have the right level of support, training and mentoring, as well as the opportunity for growth and development.

So whether you are a Senior Solicitor or a NQ Solicitor, your career will be in good hands!

This position is ideally looking for the successful candidate to have a strong background of Commercial Real Estate, 3 years PQE plus. However, there are opportunities if you have newly qualified.

You will be responsible for the negotiation of Sales, Purchases and Leases of Land and Buildings.

Ensuring that the terms of agreement are recorded in all legal documentation, putting together information for factual analysis about properties, their surveyors, local authorities and the Land Registry.
