The role...

As a key member of our growing team, you'll work alongside some of the UK's most respected trade union lawyers on

strategic, high-profile litigation

--from Judicial Reviews and High Court actions to complex, multi-claimant employment tribunal cases. You'll handle your own caseload while collaborating on major national cases that push the boundaries of the law.

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow. Whether you're in court, advising senior trade union figures, or developing your litigation skills, you'll be supported by a team that's as committed and motivated as you are.

Who we are looking for...

A qualified solicitor or FILEX with

at least 2 years PQE

A strong foundation in

employment law and litigation

Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset A genuine passion for

social justice

and alignment with the

trade union movement

Thompsons ran:
