The role...
The role will primarily involve assisting on existing cases rather than managing an independent caseload--at least initially. However, for the right candidate, there will likely be a swift progression towards running their own caseload. Our Personal Injury Lawyers manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, including both fast track and intermediate track cases, under appropriate supervision.
This role offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in comprehensive case management, requiring sound theoretical knowledge, strong judgement, and the capability to support cases from inception through to resolution.
You'll work closely with experienced legal professionals, developing your expertise and deepening your understanding of personal injury law. As a valued team member, you'll play an integral role in helping achieve team goals and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Who we are looking for....
We are looking for qualified lawyers who can demonstrate experience in handling fast track personal injury claims, including familiarity with the litigation process. (Ideally 0 - 2 years PQE).
Along with a proven track record of meeting deadlines, we are keen to hear from lawyers with previous experience in using electronic case management systems. As role involves direct client interaction. an understanding and empathic approach and a passion for client care is key.
