LCV / Van Technician
- Basic Salary: Up to xc2xa340,000 | OTE: Up to xc2xa342,000
- Main Dealer | Manufacturer Training | Career Progression
- Basic salary up to xc2xa340,000
- OTE up to xc2xa342,000
- 3-week rotating shift pattern:
- Full manufacturer training provided
- Long-term job security with a strong path for internal promotion
- Work on a premium brand with access to modern workshop facilities
- Level 3 Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent skills/experience
- Background working on either vans or cars
- Confidence in servicing, fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair
- Ability to complete accurate job cards and paperwork
- Comfortable working independently or collaboratively
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools
- Provide high-quality service and repair work in line with manufacturer standards
- Deliver excellent technical advice and support to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Assist in mentoring and guiding apprentices within the team
