This newly created L&D and Culture Specialist role is designed to ensure we continue to retain top talent, scale leadership, and embed a culture of continuous learning and belonging. You will be the driving force behind our development programs, internal communications, and employer branding, translating strategy into action across the employee journey.
What you'll be doing:
Support the development and rollout of initiatives that enhance manager effectiveness and leadership capacity
Design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs aligned with Enfuce's growth needs and values.
Build a framework for continuous manager growth, from first-time leads to experienced people leaders
Team up with our People Partner and functional leaders to identify capability gaps and opportunities
Design and manage core training programs for teams and individuals, including onboarding, soft skills, and compliance related topics
Facilitate learning sessions, source vendors, and measure impact and ROI of investment
Drive the evolution and communication of career frameworks across functions
Work closely with the People Partner and business leaders to ensure clarity and consistency in career paths and growth expectations
Lead our annual and pulse engagement surveys; analyse results and partner with teams to turn insights into action.
Create and manage compelling internal communication that informs, connects, and inspires our people.
Own and activate our employer brand in partnership with People Operations and the Marketing team
Ensure we consistently tell our story to attract mission-driven talent through career pages, the onboarding process, social media and events.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience (5+ years) in L&D, People Experience, or Organizational Development roles in a fast-growing or start-up environment
Strong facilitation and program design skills
A systems thinker. You are able to connect dots between culture, engagement, development, and business outcomes.
Great storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with employee surveys, internal comms tools, and training platforms.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Passion for people, culture, and getting things done.
