What will you be doing?



We're seeking a talented individual to join our Learning & Development team in London on an initial 6 month fixed term contract to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Learning & Development and Early Careers Team.

As L&D Associate, your responsibilities will include among others



Learning and Development Support



Coordinate and schedule internal and external training workshops and events Maintain and update training records using our learning management system Assist with the onboarding and induction process for new employees Liaise with training providers, book venues and manage training logistics Assist in evaluating training effectiveness through feedback forms and other assessment tools Manage all mandatory training, which will include liaising with key stakeholder and supporting our Learning and Development Systems Specialist Respond to L&D queries from employees in a timely and professional manner

Early Careers Support



Maintain training records and monitor exam progress (e.g. for ACA/ACCA/AAT/CTA) Liaise with external training providers and professional bodies Track study support and results Support with logistics for development sessions Assist in preparing for external audits and reviews of regulatory professional bodies (i.e. ICAEW) Process invoices, raise purchase orders and manage clawback (as required Manage and respond to queries in the Early Careers mailbox

Regulatory and Compliance Administration



Track, monitor and repot on CPD compliance for qualified employees ensuring records are up to date and in line with professional body standards Coordinate annual fit and proper declarations, ensuring timely completion, chasing outstanding responses and escalating non-compliance as needed Assist with administration for SMCR Support the HR Systems Analyst with Partner Applications Maintain the Learner Management System with CPD applicable learning Manage and respond to queries in the CPD mailbox


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should



Strong administrative skills Prioritising work on a day-to-day basis Dealing with queries Experience of working within an HR / L&D environment desirable, as is any previous experience working in a financial services regulated environment Proficient in Microsoft suite - Excel, Word, Outlook

Professional Qualifications and Education



Educated to at least A level (or equivalent)
