As the initial HR point of contact to employees and line managers, this role is primarily responsible for coordinating Learning & Development activities and day-to-day HR activities (Onboarding, Induction, Learning & Development, Performance Appraisals, Benefit administration, Offboarding)

What You'll Be Doing

:

Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records including relevant correspondence, contractual documents, ID, eligibility to work documents, training records, driving license checks, development reviews, ER correspondence, absence & annual leave, etc. Ensure the SLAM Tracker is accurate and maintained at all times with details of all joiners, leavers, movements, and payroll changes. Coordinate onboarding training (including H&S) and liaise with hiring managers to ensure the induction program is in place before the employee's first day. Work with the Head of HR to design and develop training and development programs based on the organisation's needs. Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including updating course content, managing user access, troubleshooting technical issues, and generating reports on training activities and completion rates. Work closely with various leaders across the company and human resources to design learning plans and conduct workshops. Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness. Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment. Organise and facilitate learning and development events. Create and manage the development of training materials and aids such as handouts, instructional material, guides, and tutorials. Keep up to date with developments in training and education by attending relevant seminars and reading professional journals

What You'll Bring:



CIPD Level 3 or higher. 1-2 years in a fast-paced HR environment. Experience with HR systems (Dayforce would be a big plus). Passion for people, performance, and continuous learning. Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills. A full UK driving licence and valid passport (for occasional travel).
