Please refer to the for full details Undertake, critique and facilitate robust clinical assessment/reviews to enable transparent and appropriate funding decisions to be made using expert knowledge of the National Framework Manage the LD caseload and ensure correct processes are followed in delivery of the National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare & NHS Funded Nursing Care. Participate in the continued development of the management system to ensure information is properly managed and best practice is shared across the team, directorate and the wider NHS organisation Assist in the coordination of training & development and recruitment activity across the Team To participate in peer reviews, implementing change as appropriate and as defined within the FNC/Continuing Healthcare Guidance
