We're looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to help our people increase their skills, knowledge and demonstrate our company values. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. The role is focused on designing and delivering training both virtually and face to face to support our people achieving their maximum potential.
In this role:
Support the L&D Manager to design and deliver innovative learning and development, in line with our business needs and objectives
Design engaging in-person and virtual training programmes utilising available technologies to ensure effective training to meet the business needs
Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training across induction, onboarding, sales, service, customer experience, behavioural and leadership topics.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand learning requirements across all areas of the business
Provide coaching, feedback and follow up support to new and existing colleagues to embed learning back in the workplace, creating a memorable and valuable learning experience.
We're looking for:
A confident and credible facilitator with proven experience in delivering online and face to face training across technical and behavioural elements, in a fast paced environment
Experienced designer, leading Learning Needs Analysis creation with stakeholders, through to design, delivery and evaluation (end to end)
Passionate about people development, able to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Strong and proven experience with stakeholder management
Organised, proactive and capable of managing own diary, travel and course preparations
Comfortable with using technology in a blended approach to training delivery
Able to travel nationally to deliver high impact training for new and existing colleagues
