Your Impact

in the Role:


Administrative Leadership:

Oversee the Development & Project Management administrative function, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, responsive service that supports both regional teams and senior leadership.

Business Support & Service Excellence:

Provide administrative support to Directors and act as the first point of contact for departmental queries, maintaining professional standards and timely communication.

Document Management & Compliance:

Take ownership of electronic filing and document control processes, ensuring all administration is compliant and aligned with policy and data standards.

Internal Collaboration & Team Coordination:

Foster strong working relationships with divisional colleagues and wider L&Q teams to support a "One Team" approach. Work closely with fellow administrators to ensure continuity, and where applicable, line-manage direct reports--providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to support performance and service excellence.

External Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and maintain effective relationships with key external partners, agencies, and professional providers, ensuring a first-class customer service approach in all communications and interactions.

Finance & Policy Oversight:

Process supplier invoices, manage employee onboarding activity, and contribute to budget control and compliance across the team.

Process Management & Improvement:

Take ownership of key administrative processes such as project support, data collation, and record-keeping. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency and accuracy of service delivery.

To excel in this role, you'll need:


Administrative Expertise:

Demonstrable experience delivering high-quality, customer-focused administrative services in a fast-paced and diverse environment.

Communication & Stakeholder Skills:

Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing excellent service and clear, effective communication.

Organisation & Planning:

Excellent coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work to tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

People Management:

Experience managing and supporting administrative staff, with the ability to lead and motivate others to deliver results (desirable).

System & IT Proficiency:

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using business systems, especially payment systems and document management tools.

Project & Process Understanding:

Project management skills and an ability to contribute to divisional objectives through effective documentation and process compliance (desirable).
