As a Business Consultant, you will work closely with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement effective solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory

Support clients in shaping and executing business strategies and transformation plans. Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage

Business & Market Analysis

Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis. Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

Operational Excellence

Assess existing processes and recommend optimisations to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Digital Transformation

Advise on adoption of digital technologies, automation, and data-driven tools. Support the implementation of CRM, analytics, and innovation platforms.

Organisational Development

Design structures and workforce strategies aligned with business goals. Support operational initiatives including performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Marketing & Sales Enablement

Develop marketing strategies and sales frameworks to drive client acquisition and retention. Advise on branding, positioning, and customer experience improvement.

Risk & Change Management

Assess business risks and develop mitigation strategies. Support clients through organisational change, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption.

Stakeholder Engagement

Facilitate workshops with client teams. Build strong relationships with executives, managers, and staff to ensure project success.

Experience

Degree in Business, Management, Economics, IT, or related field. 3+ years' experience in consulting, analysis, or strategy roles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to synthesise data and present insights clearly to stakeholders. Proficiency with business and digital tools (e.g., Excel, CRM platforms). Experience across multiple business functions such as operations, finance, HR, IT, or marketing

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
