Lead Channel Manager

to take the reins of our Facebook video output and elevate it to new heights. If you're a creative thinker with serious platform expertise and the leadership chops to drive high-performing teams, this is your chance to influence the next phase of social publishing from inside one of the biggest names in the game.

What You'll Be Doing



Own and evolve

the video strategy across a portfolio of top-performing Facebook pages

Lead a talented team

of Channel Managers / Social Editors - mentoring, motivating, and unlocking their potential

Drive performance

to hit engagement and revenue targets tied to channel output Work closely with our social and video teams to deliver smart, social-first storytelling Dive into

data and insights

to optimise content performance using tools like Meta Business Suite Tackle daily challenges like rights management, page health, and content quality Onboard and develop new team members to grow with the business Collaborate with creators and external partners to produce high-impact original and branded content Ensure everything we publish is unmistakably

About You



Proven experience leading content strategy for social, ideally in a high-output, youth-focused media environment Strong leadership skills with a

people-first

approach to managing teams Deep understanding of Facebook as a content ecosystem - both editorially and algorithmically Comfortable using Meta Business Suite to analyse performance and plan output A sharp eye for

viral video

content and social trends Commercially savvy, with experience delivering against revenue or branded content targets Highly organised, proactive, and a brilliant communicator Passionate about youth culture, storytelling, and digital communities
