About Football Fun Factory

We're one of the UK's most exciting and fast-growing children's coaching programs, delivering fun-first, non-competitive football experiences. Our sessions are held inside a

giant inflatable football pitch

, creating a safe and exciting space where young children can explore, play, and have fun -- no matter their football ability.

The Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, energetic

Lead Coach

to deliver football-themed sessions to children aged

18 months to 5 years

. Our program uses

pre-planned games

that focus on fun and development rather than football skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead sessions every

Saturday from 09:00-11:00

Deliver pre-planned activities and engage in active play Supervise and interact with children through "free play" and group games Set up and pack away all equipment (including inflatable pitch) Register attendees and engage with parents Ensure the safety and responsible storage of kit Report to the Head Coach and attend regular training sessions

We're Looking for Someone Who Is:

Passionate about working with young children Outgoing, playful, and full of positive energy Reliable and confident leading small groups Comfortable following structured plans Organised and able to manage kit and time effectively Willing to grow into more hours/sessions in the future

Requirements:

Experience working with young children (e.g. nursery, early years, playgroups, or coaching) Football/sports coaching experience helpful, but

not essential

Ability to work independently and with professionalism
