Lead Coach - Mini Athletics Cambridge & Saffron Walden

Part-time | Term-time only | 5 hours per week | Weekdays between 3-4 pm | Must have a car

Who we are

At Mini Athletics, we coach children from

walkers up to 8 years old

-- our Mini Athletes!
We use energy, imagination and play to help children develop confidence, coordination, and a love for movement. Our sessions mix storytelling with sport -- one day we're racing dragons, the next we're blasting off into space.

We don't just coach.
We create adventures that build confidence and spark imagination.

Who we're looking for

We don't need you to have coaching qualifications or years of experience -- we'll train you on the job.
What matters most is your

energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to step out of your comfort zone

to bring the very best out of every Mini Athlete.

If you're the kind of person who can make a group of children smile, listen, and believe in themselves -- you'll fit right in.

You'll need to:

Have a

car and valid driving licence

(essential) Be available

weekdays between 3-4 pm (around 5 hours per week)

Be reliable, energetic, and confident leading groups of young children Be imaginative -- selling the adventure is part of the fun!
