The Football Fun Factory

We are currently on the lookout for a FUN, ENERGETIC AND OUTGOING Lead Coach for our Football Fun & Development & Tots Football Fun programme in Exmouth and Mid Devon.

About our Tots Football Fun Sessions

Our tots session is for 18-month-olds to 5-year-olds and is based around having fun with various fun football-linked games. This session takes place inside our incredible inflatable football pitch in a sports hall on Saturdays and Sundays (Fridays available from January), usually between 9am-11pm. We are looking to expand our team we are looking for an experienced superstar lead coach to help run our fun-based football sessions!

About our Football Fun & Development Sessions / Afterschool Clubs:

Weekday evenings, usually on turf pitches, age range from 4-12 year olds. Our sessions are for both boys and girls of all abilities. Most weekday evenings between 3:30-6:30PM.

Current available sessions (From October):

Tuesdays - 3:30-4:30PM.

Wednesdays - 3:30-4:30PM.

Thursdays - 5-6PM

Fridays - 9-10:30AM (Tots) & 5-6PM.

Sundays - 9-11AM (Tots)

Additional hours available as cover available.

Experience:

FUN, ENERGETIC, ENTHUSIASTIC, OUTGOING.

A passion for football and making it fun!

Works/worked with young children and/or toddlers.

Experience in leading childrens football/sports sessions.

A genuine passion and understanding for customer service, engaging environments and care for the children.

Qualifications:

FA Level 1 (essential)

Full Drivers Licence (essential)

Suitable for a DBS check

The Ethos

We believe that when 0.012% of all children that play football go on to become a Premier League professional, then the focus should not be simply on development or progression... we should be focusing on having FUN! Our ethos is all about creating an incredible environment where children can express themselves, play, make friends and have fun.

The Ambition

We have a huge ambition to make our fun and engaging football experiences available to all children across the UK. In fact, our goal is to become the World's Leading Children's Football Coaching Organisation. Whilst we are ambitious enough to have this as our aim, we are humble enough to know that it is going to take a lot of hard work over a period of time to get there.

As mentioned above, we are looking to expand our coaching team in the local area, and we are looking for a FUN, ENERGETIC AND OUTGOING lead coach to lead with our programs throughout the year! Pay: 15.00-60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 8 per week
