Little Kickers is dedicated to providing fun, engaging football classes for preschool children aged 18 months to 7 years. Our mission is to introduce young kids to the joys of sport in a friendly, non-competitive environment, ensuring they learn through play rather than pressure.

Summary

We are seeking a Leader to join our team at Little Kickers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing classes and ensuring that children have a positive and enjoyable experience while learning the fundamentals of football. Your leadership will help foster an environment where kids can thrive and develop their skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise football classes for preschool children, ensuring a fun and safe environment. Engage with children and parents to promote a positive learning experience. Assist in planning and organizing class activities that align with developmental goals. Provide guidance and support to coaches and staff during sessions. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents as needed. Ensure all equipment is maintained and ready for use before each class.

Requirements

Experience in sports coaching or education, particularly with young children preferable. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents. Ability to create a fun, engaging atmosphere that encourages participation. Leadership experience is preferred but not mandatory. Passion for sports and child development.

Pay: 11.60-18.00 per hour
