Job Description

Purpose of the Role:


To lead the coaching team in delivering exceptional training experiences while driving member engagement and culture. You will be responsible for maintaining coaching standards, managing the studio's Challenge program, supporting member retention, and ensuring the studio runs smoothly during class times.

Key Responsibilities



Team Culture & Coaching Standards



Set the tone for professionalism, positivity, and consistency across all classes and interactions. Provide coaching support and feedback to the team to ensure high standards of delivery. Act as a go-to resource for both team and members during busy class times, ensuring smooth operations on the studio floor.

Coach Management & Development



Build and maintain the monthly coaching roster, ensuring shifts are covered and quality is consistent. Oversee the onboarding and probation of new coaches, ensuring they are trained and aligned with studio values and expectations. Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings and development conversations with coaches to support performance and growth. Review and approve coach invoices, ensuring hours are accurately reported. Ensure all coach qualifications are up to date and filed before assigning classes or member consultations.

Studio Operations



Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the training floor, ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and operational. Coordinate studio updates relating to class schedules, training methodologies, special programming, and events. Collaborate with the Studio Manager to support social media communication, particularly around training content and Challenges.

About you:



At least 1 year experience in the industry Certified level 3 personal trainer or equivalent certification Good level of fitness and knowledge of how to demonstrate correct form Weekend Availability Strong interpersonal and communication skills Shows great initiative and time management Passion for fitness and a team-oriented mindset Confidence to deliver an energetic and atmospheric class for our members
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 30.00-40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Work Location: In person
