We are seeking a proactive and motivated Shift Leader to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in sports coaching and teaching, to effectively manage team members and ensure smooth service delivery. Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate team activities during assigned shifts, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment Monitor operational procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Assist in training new staff members, sharing expertise in coaching and teaching methodologies Address customer queries or concerns promptly, maintaining excellent service standards Organise shift schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet organisational goals Lead by example through demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude

Requirements

Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching roles, demonstrating leadership capabilities Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to motivate and inspire team members under pressure Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including evenings or weekends if necessary A proactive approach with problem-solving abilities Relevant qualifications or certifications in coaching or teaching are desirable but not essential

Pay: From 20.00 per hour
