We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and qualified

Elite Football Coach

to join our growing coaching team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality football sessions for players ranging from grassroots to elite academy level, including opportunities to work with our professional footballer clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging football coaching sessions for players aged 5 to 18. Coach both male and female players from grassroots clubs, academies, and professional backgrounds. Deliver 1-to-1 coaching and small group development sessions tailored to individual needs. Collaborate with other lead coaches to maintain consistency and progression in coaching standards. Provide a safe, inclusive, and high-performance environment that encourages development and enjoyment. Represent the organisation professionally in all sessions and communications.

Essential Requirements

Significant playing experience at a high level

(e.g., professional, semi-professional, academy).

Academy coaching experience

with youth players (preferably at Cat 1-3 academies or equivalent). Minimum

UEFA B Licence

(or currently working towards). Valid

First Aid

,

DBS

, and

Safeguarding

certificates. Proven experience delivering 1-1 and small group coaching sessions. Strong understanding of youth development principles. Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills. Naturally enthusiastic, positive, and passionate about player development.

Desirable

Experience working with professional players or within a professional club environment. Experience coaching both male and female players. Knowledge of modern coaching methodologies and use of performance analysis tools.
