Are you passionate about supporting people with mental health needs in a recovery-focused environment? We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Lead Community Healthcare Assistant to join our Adult Day Resource Centre team.
As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will:

  • Provide practical and emotional support to service users in line with individual care plans.
  • Lead and supervise a team of Band 3 Support Workers, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Coordinate and maintain an active programme of therapeutic group activities within the resource centres.
  • Promote flexibility and responsiveness across multiple service locations.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the effective provisionof Mental Health Services to an identified caseload of service users.
The post holder will provide a range of services including practical and emotional support toindividual service users as indicated by the individual care plans provided by their care coordinators.
The post holder will supervise staff and be responsible for the allocation of work within theclinical support team. The post holder will ensure that the resource centre have an open andactive program of activity in line with the service core program of therapeutic groups.
