Lead Conversion Coordinator
to join our team and help turn warm leads into showroom appointments.
We sell a range of high-end wellness products including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold therapy, and more -- and we need someone who can connect with interested customers and get them excited to visit us.
Your Key Role
Your main focus will be
converting inbound leads
(via web enquiries, social, phone, and email) into
qualified showroom appointments
for our sales team.
Responsibilities
Follow up on incoming leads promptly via
phone, email, and messaging
Build genuine rapport and understand customer needs
Secure and schedule appointments at our wellness showroom
Track all interactions and progress in
HubSpot CRM
Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over warm, ready-to-buy customers
Occasionally assist in the showroom with basic product knowledge and customer support
What We're Looking For
Confident communicator with a warm, friendly manner
Results-focused with a natural ability to
convert interest into action
Experience with
HubSpot
or similar CRM tools
Highly organised and comfortable working independently
A genuine interest in wellness and helping people
Available
in person at the showroom
2-3 days per week (including some Saturdays)
