Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Marketing and Sales Support Specialist

to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in executing marketing campaigns, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication between the marketing, sales, and client success teams. You will help generate leads, improve conversion rates, and optimize our overall marketing and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Manage content creation and updates for email newsletters, landing pages, and social media. Support the creation of marketing collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers. Maintain and update CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp). Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs.

Sales Support

Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including lead tracking and follow-ups. Coordinate and schedule client meetings, webinars, and events. Prepare sales materials, proposals, and client presentations. Assist in managing the sales pipeline and CRM database to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. Research and qualify potential leads for targeted outreach.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise between marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns. Support internal communications and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or coordinator role. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Preferred:

Experience in financial services, lending, or real estate industries. Basic graphic design or video editing skills. Understanding of lead generation and digital marketing best practices.
