We are looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex, high-risk digital products and services to support preventative , community, and mental health digital services .
You will be at the forefront of Agile and Lean practices, ensuring high standards of delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring expertise in coaching teams, optimising workflows, and tackling organisational challenges. As the main point of escalation, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives.

Lead the delivery of complex digital products and services, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
Coach and mentor teams in Agile methodologies, embedding best practices in your team and contributing to the regular release of product iterations .
Optimise delivery flows, unblock challenges, and enhance team effectiveness through agile planning and execution.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations, influencing decision-making, and aligning priorities with business needs.
Be a proactive member of the Agile community of practice, sharing expertise and shaping delivery strategies for the organisation .
Drive user-centred service delivery, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Oversee budget management, supplier contracts, and commercial negotiations to ensure value for money.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is an expert national body and part of NHS Wales.
