Are you an experienced Dental Nurse ready to take on a leadership role? At Envisage Dental, we're looking for a confident and motivated Lead Nurse to guide our clinical team and help us continue delivering the highest standard of patient care.

Envisage Dental has been serving the Basingstoke community for nearly 50 years. We're a private, 5-surgery practice committed to high-quality, patient-focused dentistry. Located close to the town centre and train station, we're easy to reach and proud of our long-standing reputation.

5 days per week - Monday and Friday 7:45am to 5:15pm, with occasional Fridays to cover holidays (optional, not contractual).

Key Responsibilities

Leading and supporting the nursing team on a day-to-day basis Coordinating rotas, ensuring smooth cover across surgeries Maintaining the highest standards of infection control and compliance with CQC requirements Supporting clinicians with a wide range of advanced treatments Overseeing stock control and equipment maintenance Training, mentoring, and supporting junior nurses and apprentices Ensuring a positive and professional experience for every patient

Who We're Looking For

Qualified Dental Nurse (GDC registered) with proven experience Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A supportive leader with excellent communication skills Confident in compliance, infection control, and clinical standards Someone who thrives in a team and enjoys helping others develop
