We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic

Lead Dental Nurse

to lead our nursing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to step into a leadership role within a supportive and dynamic environment. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth running of the clinical area while delivery of high quality dental care.

The working days are Monday thru Friday 8.30am -5.30pm . With 2 Saturdays per month from 8.30am -2.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide chairside assistance to all clinicians during treatments to a high standard. Ensure sterile , safe and well prepared clinical environment at all times. Oversee decontamination and infection control processes and protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality Supervise, mentor and assist in the training of trainee dental nurses. Manage the clinical stock ordering and appropriate levels of clinical stock for the practice. Welcome and reassure patients especially nervous patients. Ensure smooth day to day operation of the dental surgeries.

Requirements :

Valid GDC registration ( required). Minimum 3 years of dental nursing ( preferred). Strong Organisational skills and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work and communicate in a calm , organised fashion.
