, you and your teaam will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will manage the front desk, oversee administrative processes, and support the clinical team by maintaining accurate patient records using
Dentally
software.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
Welcome patients warmly, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain a professional reception area.
Appointment Coordination:
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage diaries for clinicians, and optimize booking efficiency.
Patient Communication:
Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Dentally Software Administration:
Input and update patient records accurately.
Process treatment plans, invoices, and payments.
Generate reports and track patient journeys.
Leadership Duties:
Supervise and support reception team members.
Train new staff on reception protocols and Dentally system.
Ensure compliance with data protection and clinic policies.
Financial Administration:
Handle payments, reconcile daily transactions, and assist with reporting.
Problem Solving:
Address patient queries and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a dental or healthcare reception role (implant clinic experience desirable).
Proficiency in
Dentally
patient management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Leadership experience or ability to mentor team members.
Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
