We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our exceptional reception team part time at Widcombe Dental in Bath, Somerset. We are a very busy practice that is continuously growing so that's why our fabulous reception team are in need of more team members. If you are passionate about providing patients with excellent customer service, have initiative and a can-do attitude, then we want to hear from you!

The role:

You will be a fundamental part of our front of house team, possessing a range of skills, you will also aid the lead receptionist in any other duties. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to respond to the patients' needs and ensure their safety and comfort throughout their visits to the practice.

Alongside the above duties you will support the Practice Manager by ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to and ensuring the dental centre remains compliant with all regulatory requirements.

The hours we have on offer are Thursday - Friday which provides an excellent work/home life balance.

Experience:

Dental receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
