Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate dermatology clinics, working closely with the Lead Consultant
Take clinical leadership of Patch Testing and Phototherapy services
Oversee infection control, audits and clinical compliance
Run and grow nurse-led services with HCA support, including mole-mapping
Support minor procedures and general dermatology care
Carry out wound care, suture removal, dressing changes & specimen handling
Assist with triage of referrals and results, and continuous service improvement
Contribute to protocol development, health promotion and best practice sharing
What We're Looking For
Registered Nurse (NMC) with UK registration
Dermatology nursing experience is essential
Confident running nurse-led clinics and managing a caseload
Strong communication, clinical decision-making and organisational skills
Experience with audits, compliance and protocol development
IT-confident and comfortable with clinical systems
Teaching/mentoring experience or qualification (desirable)
