How you will do it




As a

Lead Design Engineer

, you will:

Design and deliver advanced CCTV and Access Control systems, including new builds and system upgrades. Support sales teams with technical input, conduct site surveys, and participate in system acceptance testing. Produce detailed schematics, parts lists, specifications, schedules, and wiring/equipment layouts. Perform technical calculations (e.g., network bandwidth, power, heat dissipation) and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Collaborate with commissioning engineers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system setup--whether remotely, in-office, or on-site.

What we look for



Proven experience in the

Security industry

, specifically with

CCTV systems

and

Access Control

. Strong knowledge of: + IP and analogue CCTV components
+ Access Control systems
+ IP networking, copper, fibre, and wireless communications
+ PC server/client architecture
Familiarity with leading VMS and ACS platforms such as

C-Cure, Lenel, Genetec, and Synergy

. Bonus: Experience with Intruder, BMS systems, and legacy protocols (RS232, RS485). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills. A flexible, self-motivated approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
