We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development process, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.

Duties

Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and specifications. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing support in coding practices and problem resolution. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the development lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team. Participate in project planning meetings to provide insights on timelines and resource allocation.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Software Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is advantageous. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not essential.
