We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated
Lead Driver
to join our team. As the Lead Driver, you will play a key role in overseeing daily transportation operations, ensuring safe and timely delivery of goods, and managing a team of drivers. This is an exciting opportunity to take your driving career to the next level while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of drivers to ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety standards. Assist in the training and development of new drivers. Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections and other required documentation.
Requirements:
Full UK manual driving licence Strong Leadership skill Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends required
