Lead Driver
Job Description
This is a great opportunity for someone to step up into the 'Lead Driver' role within our Belfast depot.
This position will give you a chance to broaden your leadership skills by stepping up into the manager role when they are on annual leave. You will also support the drivers, , helping to maintain compliance and ensure successful deliver of medication to our patients. Alongside this you will also have a chance to be out on the road, collecting bloods and covering where needed.
A typical day will see you overseeing and supporting a team of drivers at the beginning or end of their shifts, ensuring they are able to complete their delivery routes safely. You will be responsible for logging any anomalies or defects and supporting the manager with audit and compliance checks.

What is required?
Alongside previous leadership experience or actively demonstrating a willingness to progress and lead a team of drivers, to be successful in this role you will be required to:
Be confident navigating our internal systems and Microsoft packages
Have a good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
Be dedicated and flexible in your approach to work
Good communication skills
