Lead Educator

at our nursery setting you will be leading our supportive and passionate team to create our unique outdoor learning environment providing children the opportunity to thrive.

You will be able to inspire outdoor play and learning in all weather. You will be able to lead on the delivery of our curriculum, preschool sessions and in house training. You will be able to coach and mentor our teams to grow in their practice. You will support our Educators and Camp Leads to create a safe and inclusive environment where children can be resilient and confident to explore. You will ensure we respond to the needs of the children in line with the EYFS framework. You will work collaboratively across the leadership team and other camps. You will be able to build strong parent partnerships and lead communication.
