We are a growing home improvements company in the Taunton, and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated

to start up and run our new electrical department. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to take ownership of a department from the ground up and shape its future.

The Role

Set up and manage the company's new electrical division Carry out and oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and testing work Certify and sign off your own work in line with industry regulations Lead, train, and develop a team of electricians and apprentices Ensure all projects are delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard Work closely with the directors to grow the department and develop client relationships

About You

Fully qualified electrician with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations Able to certify and sign off your own work (NICEIC / NAPIT registration desirable) Proven experience in leading a team or running projects independently Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills Ambitious and motivated to build a department and make it your own
