As a result of growing pipelines, we're now seeking a self motivated site supervisor.
You'll be the on-the-ground leader, ensuring teams follow safety standards, meet quality requirements, and complete inspections in line with regulations and project specifications.

Summary
We are seeking a Lead Electrician to join our team in the South of England in a supervisory capacity . This role is vital in overseeing the successful delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance at every stage. As a Site Supervisor at Greenstorm, you will play a key role in delivering our mission of sustainable home improvements.
Site Supervision & Field Delivery
Supervise live sites daily across South England.
Lead field technicians and subcontractors to deliver works on time and to spec.
Coordinate site access, resident liaison, materials, equipment, and permits.
Ensure a tidy, professional, customer-respectful site at all times.
Safety Leadership (SSSTS Standard)
Implement and enforce Health & Safety policies and legal compliance.
Deliver toolbox talks, site inductions, daily briefings, and RAMS checks.
Monitor safe systems of work; intervene and stop unsafe practices immediately.
Report, investigate, and close out incidents and near-misses.
Quality Assurance / Snagging
Inspect works in progress and completed works for quality and compliance.
Identify defects early, manage snagging, and drive right-first-time delivery.
Complete QA/QC checklists, photos, and site sign-offs.
Support continuous improvement in field standards and processes.
Electrical Inspections & Compliance
Carry out or oversee electrical inspections/testing as needed.
Verify installations meet relevant electrical standards and programme requirements.
Support commissioning and fault-finding when required.
Produce clear inspection reports and escalate risks quickly.
Reporting & Coordination
Provide daily/weekly progress updates to Operations/Project teams.
Maintain accurate site paperwork (permits, RAMS, QA packs, completion docs).
Liaise with partners and stakeholders including housing associations and residents.
Essential
SSSTS certified.
Experience in electrical, construction, utilities, retrofit or housing environments.
Strong understanding of site H&S, risk management, and compliance.
Experience in quality inspections, snagging, sign-off packs.
Comfortable conducting or overseeing electrical inspections/testing.
Full UK driving licence + willingness to travel regionally.
Strong communication and reporting skills.
Electrical qualification or trade/technical background.
Electrical inspection/testing certification (e.g., 2391/2394/2395, EICR experience, or equivalent)
