We are an established installation and maintenance contractor providing comprehensive building maintenance services across London and the South of England. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and reliable electrician capable of working independently and overseeing electrical works on site.
The Role
Lead and supervise electrical installation and maintenance activities.
Plan and coordinate electrical work schedules to meet project deadlines.
Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical tasks efficiently.
Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
Conduct inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or faults.
Mentor junior electricians, providing guidance on best practices and safety procedures.
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician
Gold Card
2391 Inspection & Testing
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities
