Stanton Drew / Mendips & South West 21 per hour + Overtime at Time & a Half Full-time Plant & Quarrying Equipment
Join Kelston Sparkes Group - a respected, family-run business since 1952, specialising in Earthworks, Quarrying, Crushing/Screening & Civil Engineering.

We're on the lookout for experienced Lead Engineers to carry out maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on a range of plant equipment including:
Excavators, Haulers, Loaders, Dozers, Crushers & More.

What You'll Need:

NVQ Level 3 Plant Maintenance or equivalent Strong diagnostic skills (electrical, hydraulic, aftertreatment) Product knowledge: Cat, Volvo, Finlay, Gipo, Metso Use of diagnostic tools (CAT ET, Volvo Tech Tool) IT literacy & solid H&S knowledge Confident working independently or in a team Great communicator & team player Quarry experience essential Full Driving Licence required
Beneficial to Have:

Slinger/Signaller MEWP or Confined Space Training Lead complex tasks Mentor junior engineers Use manufacturer platforms (CAT SIS, Volvo Prosis)
