The Technical Engineering Supervisor will be responsible for direction and effective reactive maintenance and planning of Critical Environment and Risk Management and contribute towards delivering industry standards with the primary objectives driving service delivery, quality and performance that will underpin both Integral, JLL and clients vision for engineering excellence status. This is a key role requiring excellent teamwork, relationship management and technical skills, duties to include the following but not limited:
Ensuring the Company meets its contractual obligations.
Should have supervisory Experience
Change Control Management
Planned & reactive maintenance (critical areas)
Risk management
Energy performance (critical areas)
Engineer skills and training (Entire site)
Main Critical HVAC Plant - Critical
Ensure successful completion of all reactive and periodic works orders to ensure timely completion and close out, meeting KPI's and SLA's as necessary.
Supervise, coordinate and manage the Supplier
E-Permit Manager and Administrator
Site Personnel technical competences for all building plant and systems.
Operate all systems within the buildings in a competent, effective and efficient manner Management of Specialist Service Providers (SSP's) to comply with the contractual service level agreements (SLA's).
Update tracker to reflect current status of Site Rules and Procedures index
Prioritise outstanding documents and assign SMART objectives
Consider hyperlinking indexed documents from their root locations instead of copying to a duplicate folder
Scenario Training
Hold initial discussions to design a realistic implementation plan, assign owners and timescales
Monitor progress of above closely following implementation to ensure plan remains realistic
Engineering BAU
Conduct as a minimum weekly engineers meetings.
Ensure weekend works application sent to client on Wednesday
CM 15 day look ahead
Assist Contract Manager with OT approval
Reactive jobs review update - No jobs to be left outstanding.
Ensure Monthly PPMs are issued to the team from Corrigo and reviewed weekly on the shift hand over with Shift Leader
Individual Floor FCU PPMs should be issued to individual shifts for audit purposes. This should be indicated in the PPM log book
10% PPM audit for every shift should be carried out monthly out of hrs.
Weekend works review on Friday and Monday Morning and ensure all CMs are closed out
Ensure the Weekly Engineering Actions are Completed
Communicate requirements effectively throughout team
On Call Alarm Response Rota as required
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Should be Mechanical Qualified (C&G or NVQ)
At least 5 years of engineering experience is a must
Experience of managing an engineering team
IOSH and Health & Safety awareness is necessary.
Proactive approach to undertake all tasks required
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Good computer literacy using Windows Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Effective problem solving skills
Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
Self-motivated, calm manner and able to work under pressure.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working in busy commercial contracts and achieving KPIs and SLAs
