Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.


We are looking for an Maintenance Engineer - Foot Mobile, to our building services team working in Central London.



You'll

:

Conduct planned maintenance, reactive response, fault analysis and repair on plant and equipment in line with the manufacturer's instructions and SFG20 Guidance. Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, Inspect and test electrical & mechanical services, plant, and equipment, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with the contract specification. Carry out general duties which require multi skilled discipline, including but not limited to re-lamping, fault finding to electrical wiring systems, motors, generators, lighting systems, chillers, along with basic inspection and testing of Fire and Water systems. Inspect and maintain HVAC systems such as AHU's, Extract, Fan Coil Units. Be responsible for updating the on-site compliance records under your remit and maintain site logbooks.

We're looking for:



Proven experience in Building Services and FM with at least 5 years' experience as an Engineer/Technician. Electrical or Mechanical City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma/NVQ or Equivalent. A good understanding of statutory compliance relating to Fire & Water. Working at Height training, IPAF, PASMA would be beneficial. Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
