Lead Engineer (Electrical or M&E)

Electrical/M&E Lead Engineer or Building Services Engineer or Electrical Engineer

We're recruiting for an experienced Electrical or M&E Lead Engineer to drive forward continued maintenance success with our valued client in their premises (Managed residential space) in London, (SW1P) close to Vauxhall Bridge and surrounding areas.

As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering PPM and reactive maintenance works, providing our client with outstanding customer service through great communication, reassurance, and high-quality standards of work at all times and reporting directly into our Contract Manager.

This position is Days only, 40 hours per week.

Mon - Fri: 08:00am - 17:00pm

General Duties:

PPM and Reactive works on BMS, AHU's, FCU's and all Electrical plant and equipment etc. Coordinate and lead. Majority, if not all works are maintenance based not installation. Document control - reporting, logs (paper & electronic). Client/customer service, interaction, and management.
Qualifications and Experience requirements:

Level 3 Electrical C&G/NVQ or equivalent - essential. Good working knowledge of all typical Electrical equipment used in Building services engineering. Experience in document control, reporting, logs etc. Client interaction / client facing experience.
