Role: Lead Engineer - Process & Data Integration
Locations: Derby, Warrington or Manchester with hybrid working options available
Salary: We anticipate paying a salary of between 57,600 - 75,600 DOE
The design and delivery of the Rolls-Royce SMR Power Station demands a unique digital integration solution. This solution will enable seamless data flow and robust configuration management across the enterprise applications responsible for requirements management, generic engineering design, and project-specific building information modelling. This newly created data integration role will lead the design and support the selection and development of the digital integration solution and associated business processes. The programme's objective is to harness advanced digital technologies to design, analyse, optimise, and deliver the Rolls-Royce SMR Power Station efficiently and with uncompromising quality.
Key Results & Achievements:Define process & data integration architecture that enables business processes for requirements traceability, design approval, and configuration control. Develop process models that enable PLM and BIM integration for end-to-end lifecycle management. Support data synchronisation for generic design changes, version control, and project-specific BIM updates. Design and support the implementation of integration between Polarion, Teamcenter and ProjectWise. Embed integration within configuration management processes to maintain data integrity and auditability Work with Engineering, IT, and Programme Management teams to ensure integration solutions meet operational and strategic objectives. Provide technical guidance and support to the business during software implementation, configuration and integration. Provide training material (and share knowledge) to internal and external teams.

Salary and PackageWe anticipate paying a salary of between 57,600 - 75,600 DOE Bonus - Performance related target opportunity 12.5% Benefits Allowance - 2,200 per annum, enabling you to create a bespoke package Pension - 12% employer and 6% employee contributions. Holidays - 28 days holiday (+ public holidays) and the ability to buy or sell up to 4 days.
