We're looking for

Lead Field Service Technicians

to join our UK team. If you're mechanically skilled, safety-conscious and have specific lifeboat, davit or winch experience, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Commission, service, and inspect lifeboats, davits and winches

Attend job briefings and prepare for site visits

Own the work scope and ensure all arrangements are made before departure

Apply knowledge of SOLAS regulations and sub-regulations

Maintain communication with the service team during jobs

Complete all required documentation and reports

Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and ensure PPE compliance

Explain findings to vessel supervisors and advise on additional work

Represent the company professionally on-site and during debriefs

What You'll Need:

Proven mechanical engineering skills

Experience with lifeboat inspection, servicing, and maintenance

Experience of conducting annual an 5 yearly inspections on multi brand equipment

Understanding of SOLAS regulations and the LSA code

Ability to work offshore and travel as required

Strong communication and reporting skills

Professional appearance and attitude

Pay: 25.00-29.00 per hour
